Crab Feed - Fundraising/Support Position = 35 Points

Chairperson:     Wendy Nathan
   Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the development of the entire fundraiser event
   Purchase crab, salad, bread, etc.
   Solicit wholesale cash and carry

Crab Feed - Fundraising Position - 25 Points
   Works with the chairpersons

The following coordinators work with Wendy Nathan:

Dessert Coordinator:     Lisa Griffin
   Solicit for donations from the parents
   Arrange for donations to be delivered to the school prior to event
   Prepares signage and bidding list for donations
   Monitors dessert table/bidding night of the evnet
   Coordinates with food chairperson

   Dessert Auction Helper:    Laurie Var
   Help as needed by the coordinator

Bar Coordinator:     Howard Nathan
   Solicits for donations
   Orders supplies (beverage tickets, etc.)
   Attains liquor license
   Manages and organizes bar crew

        Set up before event
        Bartend during event

        Clean up at closing of event

        Set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc. before event

   Coordinate with the chairperson the food that will be served
   Work with the food helpers on preparations of the food before and during the event
   work with the clean-up crew making sure the kitchen is clean after the event

    *Food (Kitchen) Helpers (15 Points)
        Food prep the day before and day of the event
        Cook pasta day of the event
        Cook shrimp day of the event
        Crab must be sinsed and put on ice
        Help with serving dessert auction
        Bag all leftover food

   Responsible for church bulletin and announcements, fliers for school, as well as, banner and event signage
   Acknowledges all donors, sponsors for the Crab Feed and Raffle event

Servers Coordinator:     Rosie Lerma
   Coordinate servers - two servers per table of 16 (2 banquet tables together)
   The same 2 servers are in charge of those tables for the entire eving
   Servers will also be responsible to clear tables upon completion of meal
