   Generate fliers and ticket design
   Solicit sponsors to underwrite printing of tickets
   Have tickets printed
   Collect address labels from parish data
   Bring bulk mail to post office
   Schedule helpers to collate and stuff envelopes
   Track class competition
   Schedule off site sales, track sales as the profit comes back into school
